Legendary Bassist Carol Kaye Talks Top 10 Greatest Recordings With Music Radar

Prolific bass player Carol Kaye caught up with Music Radar to discuss her top 10 greatest recordings of all time.

Kaye, who has played in over 10,000 sessions, said she’s played with many terrific artists, and that choosing her top 10 recordings wasn’t an easy task (no joke; that’s a wealth of songs to choose from!)

“I’ve played on so many incredible records and worked with such fabulous artists,” Kaye told Music Radar. “Calling something ‘my greatest’ or ‘the biggest and best’…well, we’ll just have to roll with it.”

The artist listed “Sloop John B” by The Beach Boys, and Barbra Streisand’s “The Way We Were” as some of her favorites.
